From grilling to enjoyment
In this barbecue workshop you will prepare a four-course menu in several groups. Only fresh ingredients such as vegetables, fruit, exquisite herbs and of course high-quality meat are used. Under the supervision of an expert, one team will take care of the starters, another of the main courses and so on. The dessert prepared on the grill will also enchant you. The offer is very rich, and vegetarians will not be disappointed either. Of course, the menu is then enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere.
Culinary offer made to measure
The barbecue pleasure depends on your budget. For the low budget, for example, you can choose from bacon plums, homemade bratwurst and chicken legs, as well as Loup de Mer, gilthead or trout and, as a vegetarian variation, marinated tofu-vegetable skewers. If you are in the higher price range, you can choose between beef flat iron steak, lamb gigot or chops, veal chops or Iberico pork racks. Spinach cakes, stuffed mushrooms, fried potatoes, Mediterranean vegetables, various salads, dips and much more round off the range. Grilled pineapple, roasted peaches and other fruits from the fire provide a sweet conclusion.
As a supporting programme or independent event
The BBQ workshop is ideal for rounding off a seminar or conference in a relaxed atmosphere. But it is also very popular as an independent event and can be held for smaller groups as well as in the context of a large event. Let us advise you.
