Collecting the wild herbs
At the beginning of the wild herbs workshop you will be introduced to the basics of edible wild plants and familiarized with the recipes that you will later cook in smaller groups. Then it's off to the collective hike over meadows and fields and along the edge of the forest. Along the way you will learn even more interesting facts - about nature-oriented gardening, wild plants and landscape development.
Cooking and enjoying together
Back in the kitchen, it's cooking and baking. The conventional ingredients that are still needed for this are already available. Each group is responsible for one course of the wild plant menu and, when everything is prepared, can present it to the other participants. Now the extraordinary meal can be enjoyed. After cleaning up and washing up, there is a piece of wild spice cake to taste at the end of the meal.
Your menu could look like this
Start your menu, for example, with a nettle soup and a spring wild herb salad with young tree leaves, followed by a wild herb pizza. Exquisite is also rice with wild herbs and acorns as well as vegetables with a wild touch or classic wild vegetables. For dessert you can enjoy a sweet flower dream, a flower curd or a wild spice cake.
