In this team cooking, the fire is at the centre of the experience. Under expert guidance you cook together over the embers and then enjoy the prepared dishes. The fire chef leads the event in the background; your team coordinates itself from the starter to the dessert.
Less is more
After a welcome aperitif with prosecco and roasted nuts, the cooking adventure can begin. You cook on simple fire pots, with feeling and pure embers, but without a stopwatch, without thermometer and without the usual technical gadgets. Even flavour enhancers and convenience products have no place on this occasion. Instead, fresh, seasonal ingredients and many spices play the main role. It is braised, smoked, steamed and grilled. Enjoy a cooking experience that decelerates you and takes you back to the elemental.
Cooking and eating outside
Whenever possible, the food is not only prepared in the open air, but also eaten outside. In cold and rainy weather, the cosy fire-heated Ofenhausstube offers space for 22 people. The course is held all year round. The Ofenhaus is easily accessible by public transport.
