During this two-day event, you will build an igloo to spend the night in under expert supervision. When the construction phase ends, the fondue fun begins in the snow kitchen.

Off to the building site in the mountains

Have you ever spent the night in an igloo? If not, it's high time you did! At this event, you will learn how to build your own home for the night using natural resources. When a lot of snow has fallen over the Appenzellerland, you're ready to go. The plan for the day is forged over a croissant. Then you hike with snowshoes through the magical snow-covered landscape to the building site in the middle of the mountains. Here you will build your igloo in smaller groups by stacking blocks of snow under expert guidance. At lunchtime, a simple picnic interrupts the building phase before the first snow domes are completed.

Fondue and overnight stay in an igloo

As the construction phase draws to a close, the first team members can already start preparing dinner. Of course, there's something warm now: a delicious fondue awaits you! After dinner, instructions on how to spend the night follow so that you can sleep comfortably in the igloo. Warming drinks are provided. In the morning, enjoy a nutritious breakfast and a hot coffee before setting off on your return journey. Look forward to a special kind of team experience.
