The Process

• Arrival and Orientation: The group is welcomed at the campsite with a blazing fire, which serves as a safe starting point and place of retreat.
• Solo time in nature: Team members spend about 30 minutes alone in a place of their choosing to sharpen their senses and jot down their thoughts in a notebook.
• Change of Perspective with a Facilitator: Participants are given a natural object, such as a feather or a pebble, to refocus their attention and consciously perceive details in their surroundings.
• Creative Symbolic Work: Using a pocket knife, participants carve a piece of nature, creating a tangible memento of their experiences.
• Flexible Stops: Between the individual stages, participants can return to the campsite at any time to recharge, pause, and exchange ideas with others.
• Group Reflection: Return to the campfire, where impressions are shared within the group and the shared experience takes center stage.
