In this presentation, the speaker will use examples to show how the climate and cooperation improves when you treat your colleagues, employees, pupils, learners and club colleagues with respect.

The speaker

The speaker holds a Master of Advanced Studies in systemic coaching and organizational consulting. She has completed CAS further training in personal leadership and transcultural coaching and organizational consulting and regularly undergoes further training in this field. People are always at the center of her work.
