Insight into an innovative bakery

Do you like fresh croissants, fine breads, fruity tarts and other delicacies made from dough? Would you like to get a taste of the bakery after a day at the office? Then a visit to Basel's oldest bakery is just the thing for you and your team. It has been listed in the city records since 1726, stood empty for a long time and was reopened by an innovative team in 2016. Take a look behind the scenes of the bakery and then get creative yourself.

Guided tour, workshop and aperitif

During the three-hour tour of the bakery and its history, you will learn, among other things, why there is a message in a bottle in the base of the oven, how the Hugo summit got its name and how many doughs are kneaded each day. You then develop a new sandwich recipe with your team. Who knows, maybe your idea will make it into the range and even become the next bestseller? If you wish, you can round off the evening with a cozy aperitif.
