Rück 'n' Roll - the new team game
Everyone knows what a chain reaction is: a process that continues by itself. Chain reactions often occur unintentionally. But do you and your team manage to set a chain reaction in motion and, above all, to get it to its goal? The new interactive game for employee and customer events is called "Back 'n' Roll". By means of simple physical laws, movement is to be passed on via various materials that can be arranged creatively.
Only talking leads to success
In order for the construction of the chain reaction to be optimal, i.e. for the materials to be arranged as well as possible, it is crucial that all participants work hand in hand. The "Back 'n' Roll" will show how well communication works in your team - because only talking leads to success.
The grand finale
After the design and test phase, the time has come: to thunderous applause, the first group starts its chain reaction. Will they make it to the finish line? The tension is enormous - and so is the joy when the chain reaction reaches the grand finale. To create something with your own hands in a group is a great experience that not only promotes team cohesion but also individual creativity. To increase identification with your company, typical tools or your own products can be integrated into the chain reaction.
Group size and locations
"Rück 'n' Roll" is suitable for ten to a thousand people and can be performed in a small office or in a large industrial hall - the only thing that changes is the dimension of the materials. A small version of the game is suitable for your office without any problems (only in the morning). To the full extent, the game can also be played mobile in other places.
