First you push a calm ball, more precisely the ice sticks over the ice, then you will be spoiled culinary. Curling is an old popular sport and is part of the customs of the Alpine countries. With the sporting activity in the fresh air you create the ideal prelude to a casual team event, a company evening or the stall Christmas dinner.
Culinary delights with industrial charm
After the game, the restaurant's service team will take you to the safe but no less exciting terrain of culinary delights. The ice stick is replaced by knife and fork, the cool winter evening gives way to the warm charm of an old industrial building. You will then spend a convivial evening with food, drink and a view of the brewing kettles next door. You can be spoiled with unusual menus based on the traditional hop juice, but the wine cellar is also well stocked and offers the right wine to go with the various delicacies. Finally, you can choose your sweet favourite from the homemade dessert delights from the creative patissier.
