Bake five different types of Christmas cookies with your team under the guidance of the kitchen brigade. Maybe as a present for your customers?

Winter time - Guetzli time

The days become shorter, cold wind blows through the alleys, the trees drop their last leaves - the time of mandarins, oranges, baked apples and of course Christmas cookies begins.

Expert guidance

Our pâtisseur will enchant you during the winter season. Under his expert guidance you and your team will bake delicious Christmas cookies. It could be Matcha cookies with green tea extract, vodka boys, whoopie, nut-apple cookies or classic cinnamon stars, coconut macaroons or Christmassy nut-apple cookies - with every variety you make, the anticipation of Christmas grows.
With the help of the Pâtissier you make the dough yourself. And then comes the best part: nibbling, cutting out, nibbling, decorating, nibbling, baking...
If you also decide to have an aperitif or dinner after baking, our kitchen team will wrap up the sweets in pretty bags so that you can take them home with you. If you want to pack the cookies yourself, you are of course welcome to do so.
The Guetzli Workshop is ideal for baking customer Christmas presents with your team. This is how customer loyalty works!

Apéro and dinner

After the work is done you have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine and salty pastries. If you wish to have dinner after the aperitif, ask for our menu suggestions. The Guetzlibacken can only be booked in combination with an aperitif or dinner.
