Alone at home and yet together: This is our live online cooking event. Although each person is alone in the home office, all participants prepare a delicious and sustainable menu together. An experience that connects - even at a distance.
Sustainable cooking at home
Far too much food is still thrown away in the course of processing, which is an enormous burden and waste for our environment.
In this workshop we will show you that this is not necessary and how you can easily prevent food waste in everyday life and cook seasonally.
Regional organic products
You decide in advance where the focus of the cooking workshop should be. Basically, in all variants, the food consists of regional, organically grown ingredients:
- Use leftover vegetables such as carrot peels, kohlrabi leaves, etc.
- Include wild herbs.
- Purely plant-based, vegan and indulgent.
- Preserving and canning foods
Each participant will receive a packet in advance with the ingredients for the menu weighed out and partially prepared. On cooking day, participants will receive an invitation to participate via Zoom or Team. The kitchen professional will lead the online workshop. During the course, participants will of course have the opportunity to ask questions via chat or verbally.
At the end, all participants show off their finished plates. Enjoy your meal.
