Almost anyone can make a fire burn. But can you also prepare a multi-course menu for a whole team? After this workshop this is also no problem for you. You will learn, with expert support, simple techniques for grilling, cooking, roasting and baking on a campfire. The creative cooking event in the nature will be an unforgettable experience for your team.
Fish, meat and hot fruit
Look forward to culinary discoveries! In this workshop, the steak is prepared on the embers, salmon is nailed to the board and fish is grilled right by the fire. You can also grill whole suckling pigs or beef ribs in the style of the gauchos or prepare roast wild boar in the "Dutch Oven" (fire pot) over the fire. Potatoes are cooked in the red-hot ashes, and for dessert there are hot fruits. En Guete!
Inspirations from all over the world
Their workshop leader is a chef who has been travelling to the most beautiful places in Europe and North Africa by off-road vehicle since 2002, learning typical cooking techniques and ways of preparation from the local people. He will pass on some of these tips and tricks to you in the workshop.
