A leisurely tour through the Emmental
Your 30 km long tour through the Emmental is a leisurely adventure. Starting in Langnau, the route leads through the famous Emmental hills and offers wonderful views over the mountains and valley. Your way leads you towards Blapbach, an excursion point known for its magnificent panorama. The route continues to Trubschachen and via Bärau back to Langnau. The pure driving time is a maximum of 2.5 hours.
Cheese tasting and Kambly app
On the way there are all kinds of things to discover and experience. There is, for example, the traditional cheese dairy Hüpfenboden, which became famous for producing the first Slow Food Emmental in Switzerland. On request and by appointment you can visit the dairy and taste cheese. The Kambly app, which you can download free of charge onto your smartphone, offers you interesting insights into the world of the local raw material producers of Switzerland's most famous biscuit manufacturer.
Cookie to your heart's content
The next stop on your tour is the adventure world of Kambly in Trubschachen. Here you will be guided in sound and vision through the history of Kambly, you can taste over a hundred Guetzlisorten and let yourself be spoilt in the café. Strengthened, you can then tackle the last stage.
