Experience an excursion full of pleasure, from a visit to the Ragusa producer to an aperitif among the vines and a meal at the vintner's on Lake Biel.

A sweet voyage of discovery

The first stage of your bus tour takes you to the traditional Swiss company Camille Bloch. During a 90-minute guided tour through the company, you will be present at the production of Ragusa, Torino and Co. and can taste the freshly prepared delicacies on site. In the charming bistrot "CHEZ Camille", homemade sweets and specialties from the region await you. And in the store you will find the entire range as well as exclusive offers from Camille Bloch for your own enjoyment or as a souvenir.

Lunch at the vintner on Lake Biel

The journey continues to Twann, the wine-growing village on Lake Biel. Here you can enjoy not only great wines, but also fine fish. In the rustic Carnotzet, you will taste three different local white wines (Chasselas, Blanc de Noir, Sélection blanc) accompanied by deep-fried perch fillets (250-300 g each) with homemade tartar sauce and baked potatoes. Of course, mineral water will be served as well. Look forward to a formidable feast in a cozy atmosphere.

Tour with the winemaker and tasting

After lunch, you will walk with the winemaker through the beautiful old village. On the way you will learn many interesting facts and some anecdotes about viticulture on Lake Biel. In an idyllic location above the village where the vines grow, the winemaker pulls fine wines from his backpack. Together you will enjoy the aperitif with a view over the lake, the vineyards and the roofs of Twann. Last but not least, you go to the wine cellar where you can taste more wines (Chasselas, Oeil de Perdrix Sauvignon blanc). This will be accompanied by a cold plate with cheese and meat.
