Constantly in touch
Are you aware how much time you spend online, and of how your health can be affected by the feeling that you need to be available all the time? The fear that you might miss something can make it impossible to turn the smartphone off. This workshop can help you find more sustainable ways of dealing with the digital world.
A balance between online and offline
The smartphone is off for the duration of the camp. For a half day or a whole day, and with overnight accommodation if required, you can develop a more conscious attitude to the digital world. Spend some time in nature, make some dough and bake bread around a camp fire, and try to become aware of your surroundings. Because you can't draw on the resources of your smartphone, you have to improvise. In a short workshop you will consider ways in which you can restore a balance between life online and off.
The course of the day
After a welcoming drink and a round of greetings, you discover what awaits you in the offline camp. Then it gets serious: the smartphones are turned off and locked away in a treasure chest, and now you can concentrate on offline activities and the themes of the workshop, such as dealing with stress, online behaviour in your team or in everyday life. At the end of the half day or whole day there's plenty of time to discuss your experiences - and of course you get your smartphone back before you leave!
