Fine, but not easy
This challenge puts pleasure and culinary appreciation to the fore. You get the benefit of relaxed etiquette training from the coach, and learn about table manners in interesting and amusing ways. Depending on your previous knowledge, you can choose an easy, medium, or demanding three-course meal. For a medium menu, for example, whole prawns could be served followed by tomato spaghetti and meringue with cream for dessert. A bigger challenge would be quail as an entrée, followed by blue trout with boiled potatoes and a cream slice for dessert.
Your etiquette expert
Before the first course is served, the etiquette coach explains the most important elements of table manners, presents your selected wines, and introduces you to the techniques of wine-tasting. Now the challenge can begin. Each table makes a team, and while you are enjoying the meal you will be observed by the etiquette coach. He judges how many people at each table eat according to the rules, and awards points. After each course he shows you how to eat the food correctly. The team that has eaten with the best table manners is rewarded at the end.
