Make your own pralines

Immerse yourself in the sweet world of chocolate. Would you like to learn how to make your own pralines? In this workshop you can discover how to make different fillings, how to fill the pralines and make beautiful decorations for them. At the end of the course you can of course take your sweet works of art (and the recipes for them) home with you.


Making chocolate bars in moulds (with film)

Where does chocolate come from? In a short film you can see the journey of cocoa from the field to the harvest to fermentation and shipping to Europe. Then you can try raw roasted cocoa beans - the raw material of chocolate - and use them to make two chocolate bars to your taste. You can use a wide variety of ingredients to make your own creation to take home.


Chocolate tasting (with film)

Complement the film with a chocolate tasting and use all your senses to discover the various fine chocolates and other confectionary lovingly made by hand here in the little chocolate factory. It's chocolate heaven!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vor Ort empfangen. Nachdem uns alles genau erklärt wurde, durften wir sofort mit der Herstellung unserer Pralinen beginnen. Jeder konnte sich beteiligen und seine Pralinen individuell gestalten. Zum Schluss wurden alle Pralinen in schöne Verpackungen gelegt und wir konnte diese mitnehemen.
Ein gelungenes Event, welches wir jederzeit weiteremphehlen können.
