Train your team in communication on land and test what you have learned on a two-master sailing ship on the lake.

How does a team become strong? How is teamwork fun?

Experience the exciting challenges of team sailing with an experienced sailing coach on the suitable two-mast ship "Mercator".

At each exit of 60-90 minutes duration, a team of maximum seven people is brought into action. No previous sailing experience is necessary.

We offer you suitable seminar locations in the clubhouse of the local sailing club. The ship can also be transported to any lake in Switzerland or abroad.

Communication training on land

In addition to the sailing experience on the lake, participants on land will experience in an interactive indoor seminar how a team can be developed sustainably thanks to better communication.

Inspiring people, having fun together, giving pleasure, being attentive and gaining the right attitude - the central messages of this extraordinary experience.

Well-functioning and largely tension-free communication in a team requires emotional competence, a feedback culture, responsible team awareness and enthusiasm. The communication style within the team also shapes the way we deal with customers. Only with open and team-oriented communication can the tightening of economic conditions and the challenges of the market be mastered. This task cannot be delegated, but has to be lived individually and together every day.

The corresponding cognitive processes as well as some simple and effective communication techniques are taught in the seminar.
