Consideration of outsiders

Workshops and seminars on development and leadership topics are observed and reflected on the same day. The two reflectors reflect in a humorous way what has been experienced and seen. Thanks to their acting and professional careers, Martin Eggimann and Bruno Widmer succeed in leaving a lasting feedback. References from renowned companies are gladly provided on request.

Procedure

The role of the reflectors as observers is communicated transparently and it is pointed out that the meeting is followed by a reflection on the main points of the day. The reflectors observe the seminar and do not involve themselves. With the shortest possible preparation time (approx. 1 hour) they prepare different sequences how you have experienced the day and the participants.

Sympathetic to the point, never hurtful. A symbolic gift from the company forms the conclusion. On request, a film can be recorded and produced.
