At the beginning, the master confectioner will tell you something about the work ahead. But the theoretical part will be short - here it's all about practice.
The agony of choice
Depending on the time required, the confectioner has already made a square base cake. Now it is a matter of determining the shape and a suitable filling. Choose between the mousse cake with vanilla and raspberry mousse, chocolate and Grandmarnier mousse or mocha and Ameretto mousse.
Would you like to produce your company logo or one of your products in a cake tin? With the help of the master confectioner, you can make any shape. After that follows the decoration.
