The classic menu
You and your guests will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco or a drink of your choice. With a fine aperitif you can get into the right mood for the meal. Depending on your culinary wishes and preferences, we will put together a classic multi-course menu for you, which will be served at beautifully laid tables.
The Mongolian Barbecue
Instead of a menu, we will also be happy to prepare a Mongolian barbecue for you. You can help yourself to the rich ingredient buffet: shrimps, various kinds of meat and many crunchy vegetables are available. Afterwards you choose the right marinade and hand your plate over to the cook. He will fry your food on the large grill plate right before your eyes. Finally you choose a fine sauce and complete your Mongolian barbecue mix with rice or noodles. And all of this with discretion.
The barbecue fun
You would like to offer your guests a hearty barbecue? Of course this is also possible. Choose your favourite meat from the buffet, which our grill master will prepare for you. Meanwhile you can help yourself to your heart's content at a delicious salad buffet. The ingredients also include baked potatoes, country fries and various sauces for the meat. If you wish, we can also grill a suckling pig for you.
The starry sky
If the weather is fine, your meal will take place under the starry sky. But even if it rains or other storms you don't have to do without the starry sky: Enjoy your company event in the starry sky, where hundreds of small lamps conjure up atmospheric light and create a unique ambience. The whole event can take place at a location or in a restaurant of your choice.
