Welcome to the pizzeria
A glass of prosecco together with olives and breadsticks will welcome you and put you in the right mood to get creative. You'll get some homemade pizza dough from the chef and learn how throw it artfully into the air to make it larger and thinner. Once you've got it to the right size, you can decorate it with whatever ingredients you like.
Your own pizza takes shape
Each participant creates their own favourite pizza from a wide range of fresh ingredients. Tomato sauces form the first layer, after which might come hams, mushrooms, and mozzarella. Or perhaps you'd like something a little more tasty, such as salami or spicy peperoncini? Anchovies and olives, fresh tomatoes and basil, garlic and oregano, calamari, mussels, and prawns, artichoke hearts, courgettes, and aubergines - let yourself be inspired by this wonderful selection.
Into the oven and onto the table
As soon as your pizza is ready, you can hand it to the pizza chef who will put it in the oven while you make your way t the table and enjoy fine antipasto. A wonderful aroma will soon reach you, and your steaming pizza will be brought to you. Buon appetito! A choice of tiramisu and pannacotta awaits you for the dessert.
