Your visit to the brewery
Welcome to the Braui-Beiz! Your visit with a guided tour of the brewery begins comfortably: take a seat at the reserved tables and have a freshly tapped beer served in hydrants. If you wish, you can also enjoy an aperitif. Afterwards, you will be given a guided tour of the brewery. Then further culinary adventures await you. You will certainly have become thirsty and, if you wish, you can now enjoy an extensive aperitif or look forward to a barbecue.
The guided tour
Your tour of the brewery begins in the fermentation and storage cellar. Here you will learn which raw materials are used and how the brewing process takes place. Then the differences between different types of beer are explained to you, as well as the difference between an industrially produced beer and a freshly brewed beer. You will be introduced to the long and exciting history of beer and learn about the medical and psychological aspects of beer drinking. Of course you are allowed to ask the expert all questions about beer.
