Did you sausage yourself
If you don't care about what's in your sausages, the bratwurst workshop is just the right thing for you. Under expert guidance, you will make your own bratwursts, which you can also give your own flavour, for example with truffles, mushrooms, chilli, beer or wine - there are almost no limits to your preferences.
ingredients from regional and sustainable production
Only meat from the region is used, if possible from sustainable production in the immediate vicinity. The trained butcher and certified coach will teach you everything you need to know about sausages during the workshop. On request, the workshop can also be designed as a teambuilding event. Even just like that, however, the shared sausage will remain in your memory as an unforgettable experience and bring you closer to your team colleagues.
This is what your program looks like
The workshop lasts about four hours in total. If you want to round it off with a barbecue, you should reserve about six hours.
- Introduction with some theory about the ingredients and their processing, conservation etc.
- Discussion of the recipes
One kilo of sausage is produced per person and one type of bratwurst per group of two. So with eight participants you will produce four kinds of bratwurst of 2 kg each. By arrangement, you can also book the workshop for a larger group (over 20 people).
