Sausage making with the expert
This course is entirely dedicated to sausage and sausage making, but there is no messing around. On the contrary, you will be introduced to sausage making by a true expert. Meta Hiltebrand, the well-known TV chef, cookbook author and gastronome, will show you step by step how a sausage is made. There are ten important points to keep in mind to make your sausage-making a success. Meta also shows you which creative variations are possible.
Create and taste
Under expert guidance, you will make your own sausages in small groups. In the course of the course, two to three different sausages are created. You can not only actively participate in the chopping and filling, but also with the ingredients and spices, add your "mustard". At the end of the course, the sausages will of course be tasted, with or without mustard. All participants can also take home a sausage.
Target group and place
The course is aimed at anyone interested in sausage making for the first time and who would like to learn how to make their own sausages at home. The course takes place exclusively in Meta Hiltebrand's cooking studio with four cooking islands and a room for talking, sharing and tasting. Meta and the butcher will teach you everything there is to know about sausage, both in front of and behind the scenes.
