Winter time - Guetzli time or summer time - Tarte time
The days become shorter, cold wind blows through the alleys, the trees drop their last leaves - the time of mandarins, oranges, baked apples and of course Christmas cookies begins. Or the days become longer, the fruit ripens in the gardens - time to bake a wonderfully fruity tart, for example.
Our Chef de Pâtisserie will enchant you in winter and summer time. Under his expert guidance, you and your team will bake delicious pastries, Christmas cookies or fruity tarts and small cakes.
With the help of the Pâtissier you can, for example, make your own Christmas goodies. And then comes the best part: nibbling, cutting out, nibbling, decorating, nibbling, baking...
If you also decide to have an aperitif or dinner after baking, our kitchen team will package your creams nicely so that you can take them home with you. If you would like to pack your pastries yourself, you are of course welcome to do so.
Apéro and dinner
After the work is done you have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine and salty pastries. If you wish to have dinner after the aperitif, ask for our menu suggestions.
