Produce and feast with the professional
After the welcome by our trained chef your team will be divided into small groups. Each group receives different recipes. Together you will now tackle the tasks set. There will be slicing, stirring, mixing, cooking, frying and baking. And the professional is always there to advise and help you. Just ask - our chef is happy to share his knowledge and skills with you.
Various spicy appetizers are produced - e.g. Russian plaits with hearty fillings, mini-burgers, small salads in a jar, crostini, focaccia, dips and salty mousses, seasonal pestos, spicy sandwich cake - at the same time various seasonal desserts.
