Sweet and colourful
Macarons not only taste delicious, they also look beautiful. In the workshop you will make the delicate pastry from A to Z yourself. First of all, the course instructor will show you how the bowls are made and give you an insight into the creative possibilities of decorating. Then it is your turn. You make the mixture for the macarons in two different colours and then you start to dress the bowls.
Decorate, bake and enjoy an aperitif
Last but not least we decorate. Edible flowers, cocoa nibs, coconut rasps, sugar beads, glitter and many other decorations are at your disposal. Then the ready dressed and beautifully decorated bowls have to dry for about 30 minutes before they are baked for another 30 minutes. During this time, you can enjoy a crunchy snack with crisps, salt sticks and salted fish, still water à discrétion and a glass of Prosecco or orange juice per person.
The creative finale
After about one hour of cosy get-together, we go back to the bakery. Now fill the ready-baked macaron bowls with various delicious creams. You can choose from flavours such as caramel, vanilla, hazelnut, pistachio, mocha, champagne and various fruit fillings. Finally, all participants can take home their 48 home-made macarons beautifully packaged. Of course you will also receive a recipe brochure with detailed instructions along the way.
