Can you imagine conjuring up a three- to five-course menu with cooking equipment consisting of a single knife? According to the motto "less is more", in this workshop you will learn how to cook, bake and grill with the simplest means. You will be amazed at how delicious a meal can taste when cooking comfort is reduced to a minimum. And to the surprise of all participants, you will probably enjoy cooking in the wilderness more than in any high-tech kitchen.
Off into the wilderness
Invite your employees, customers or business partners to a special culinary event. Together you will set out into nature and cook a three-course (takes 3-4 hours) or five-course (takes 6 hours) menu over the fire, including baking bread! Of course you will be supervised and instructed by a professional during the whole workshop. Look forward to an unforgettable experience for the whole team.

Their workshop leader is a chef who has been travelling to the most beautiful places in Europe and North Africa by off-road vehicle since 2002, learning typical cooking techniques and ways of preparation from the local people. He will pass on some of these tips and tricks to you in the workshop.
