Edible wild herbs
We start at a pre-arranged location and set off immediately to collect a variety of edible wild herbs. You will learn a lot about the culinary and medicinal uses of the native plants and what to look out for when collecting wild herbs.
Exclusive menu
Afterwards we go to a kitchen and prepare the collected plants for an exclusive menu. Get involved in new taste experiences and discover delicacies such as comfrey packs, deadnettle burgers, sorrel cake and much more.
