Learn simple recipes from medicinal, wild and culinary herbs that you can also use in your own everyday life.

Discover, prepare and enjoy herbs

When you arrive, all the ingredients will already be ready for you, nicely arranged according to the working steps. You will find out how the herbal workshop proceeds during the aperitif. After a coherent introduction, the herbal knowledge is then deepened and, depending on your choice, you now make herbal products or prepare herbal and flower dishes. At a beautifully laid table you will enjoy the prepared dishes and the cosy get-together. You can take the products home with you. The recipes for the products and dishes are simple-genius, you can easily make them yourself at home.


Compile content as desired

What should be the focus of your workshop: rather recipes for the kitchen or the medicine cabinet, for wellness or natural cosmetics? Choose for yourself which contents you would like to deepen in theory and practical application:

  • Instructions for collecting, processing and using herbs, medicinal herbs, wild herbs and wild fruits
  • Preparation of menus or individual dishes
  • Preserving kitchen herbs, wild herbs and wild fruits for the gourmet kitchen: Oil, vinegar, herbal tea, herbal salt, spice compositions, mustard, bouquet garni, confit, chutney etc.
  • Preparation of wellness and folk medicine products: Bath salts, guest soap, fragrance compositions, natural cosmetics
and much more.


Balance and preparation

We are happy to advise you on putting together an interesting, balanced programme. The dishes should be attractive and delicious and the products usable, but not too elaborate, so that there is enough time to work together and enjoy. The specialists prepare so much in each case that you and your group do not lose valuable time with the preparatory work and the mise en place.
