By cooking a four-course menu of your choice together, you will promote team spirit and experience moments of pleasure.

Welcome to the kitchen

A canteen kitchen with four cooking islands, many work surfaces, various ovens and the most modern equipment is waiting for you and your team. Cutting boards, carvers, knives, pots and pans are also available in abundance. Up to 24 people can comfortably prepare and snip, stir-fry and roast here. In the separate dining room there is room for about 40 guests. For enjoying the prepared menu together, a fine tableware is at your disposal.

This is how the cooking event works

Before the stove is turned on, you can get in the mood for the evening programme with an aperitif and fine snacks in the bar lounge. Then it's off to the kitchen, where the ingredients of your menu are waiting to be prepared. Depending on the size of your team, you prepare four or five courses in small groups, which you then enjoy together. You can leave the washing up and cleaning up to the crew on site.

Possible menus

What goes into the pots and finally onto the plates during your cooking event depends entirely on your preferences. Do you like it more local or exotic? Do you want to conjure up a vegetarian menu or prepare special fish and meat products? Should it be something simple or do you want to try a more elaborate dish? Let us put together your desired menu from regional and seasonal products.
