Instead of sitting on your own in the office, why not work together in the kitchen. You'll have professional cooks to assist you and beautiful surroundings too.

Cooking together - good fun and a great challenge

Too many cooks spoil the broth, it is said, and cooking together really is a challenge which calls for a great deal of team spirit and communication. Under the guidance of the two cooking coaches and professionals you will however rise to the challenge with humour and find that it's good fun to put a fine menu together and then, of course, enjoy eating it. If you would like to extend the cooking experience with a talk or seminar we can also invite speakers with expertise on the themes of health, exercise, and stress management.

A menu of your choice

What kind of menu would you like to prepare? Should there be vegetarian options? All our ingredients are gluten-free, because gluten-free baked goods are produced in the kitchen where you'll be cooking. Further adaptations to suit particular medical or other requirements are no problem. Here are some autumn-winter ideas to inspire you:


  • beef burgers made with meat from Graubunden
  • fried trout with avacado tartar and fresh cheese
  • pumpkin soup with pumpkin seeds and oil
  • cream of parsley soup with onion confit
Main courses
  • bream in a salt crust with lemon rice and vegetables
  • roast beef with potato and rosemary gratin, pumpkin soup
  • cellery gnocci fried in apple and hazelnut sauce
  • chocolate cake with a runny centre
  • half-frozen mangos on a pineapple and mint salad

The surroundings and the workshop leader

If you come as a small group (up to 14 people), your workshop will take place in a beautiful mansion in Freienbach. If there are more than 14 participants, we use other suitable spaces in the vicinity of the Zurichsee. The workshop is led by two professional cooks, who are also specialised cooking coaches.
