Convivial cooking experience
Upon arrival, you and your team will be welcomed with an aperitif, Italian antipasti and aperitif platters. Afterwards you can get active, cooking aprons will be distributed and together with our kitchen crew you will prepare various traditional Italian dishes. We cook in a very uncomplicated way without recipes and can generate a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere through direct exchange.
You will learn how to make gnocchi, ravioli, arancini, cannoli and much more. As soon as the dishes are prepared, the relaxed part begins and you may indulge yourself at the table with a good drop of wine with the self-cooked dishes.
Cooking variations
Here are two possible sample menus, one a simpler version with three courses and the other a more complex one with four courses. If you have time and feel like it, you can also bake your own cantucci and enjoy them with your coffee or take them home as a souvenir.
Variation SEMPLICE
Basil and dried tomato arancini on fennel salad with shaved Parmesan cheese
Brasato, served with tortellini stuffed with herb ricotta and Sicilian caponata
Macedonia (fruit salad) and crostata con marmellata and mascarpone cream

Variation COMPLESSO
Potato gnocchi con pomodoro with basil, shaved parmesan and toasted pine nuts
La ribollita toscana (soup)
Ravioli stuffed with mountain cheese in salted nut butter with a cube of braised buffalo shoulder and zucchini con aglio
Sicilian cannoli filled with a caramel fleur de sel cream, served with macedonia (fruit salad) and almond crunch
