Cooking in unusual places
Cooking is usually done in a kitchen. But this workshop can take place (almost) anywhere. For example, in a motorcycle workshop or a factory, in a co-working space or a park surrounded by trees, in the cafeteria of your company or in a seminar room. The only condition: Running water as well as a toilet should be available nearby. Look forward to a new kind of cooking experience with your team and to numerous ideas on how to cook good and healthy food yourself.
Not only in terms of the place of execution of this cooking workshop, but also culinary you can expect some surprises. You will be amazed at the delicacies you create with the professional without "cooking" in the conventional sense. Innovative techniques such as sprouting, fermenting and dehydrating create original specialties. The aim is to preserve and refine the natural flavor and prepare dishes that are delicious and healthy, food for life in the truest sense of the word!

For example, how about cheese made from fermented cashew nuts, a cauliflower taboulé, spaghetti made from zucchini, or a mousse made from unroasted chocolate? Everything is vegan and gluten-free and tastes fantastically fine. Of course, the dishes you prepare with your team under expert guidance will be enjoyed together afterwards. You can take the recipes home with you and recreate them later on your own.
