Create different desserts as a team and enjoy a Tatar hat together.

Homemade sweets

In the professional kitchen you are already expected by your hosts. After the welcome, she will explain to you which desserts the dessert buffet should last consist of. In groups of two, three or four people you can now get to work on conjuring up the most delicious dessert creations from the ingredients provided. The expert will assist you with valuable tips and tricks.


The dessert buffet

Some of the possible desserts that you can prepare as a team

After approx. 1½ up to 2 hours the creations are ready and you can prepare the dessert buffet and arrange the tables. But don't worry, you don't have to do everything yourself. As soon as the tables are nicely set, you will be served the main course. And you don't have to worry about doing the dishes or the final cleaning.


The main course à discretion

After work is done, the main course awaits you: a Tartar hat with beef, turkey, pork and bacon, vegetable julienne and bouillon, potato gratin and rice and three homemade sauces. The enjoyment of your own dessert creations is the crowning finale of the event.

Wir wurden vom Team herzlich empfangen und gleich mit einem feinen Apéro begrüsst. Anschliessend erfolgte die Einführung an den bestens vorbereiteten Arbeitsplätzen in die verschiedenen Dessertkreationen. Unter fachkundiger Unterstützung wurden hier wirklich hervorragende Dessertkreationen in Zweierteams kreiert, die keinen Vergleich zu scheuen hatten. Nach dem Aufräumen der Arbeitsplätze und dem decken der Tische wurde der Tartarenhut mit ausgezeichneten Saucen sowie einem von den Teilnehmenden nur in den höchsten Tönen gelobten Kartoffelgratin serviert. Reis und Brot sowie ein feiner Wein mit Mineral vervollständigten das Essen. Keine(r) ging hungrig vom Tisch. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Anlass, der nur weiterempfohlen werden kann. Es hat allen sehr viel Spass gemacht.
