At this grill workshop the fire is the centre of attention. You and your team will experience how the power of this natural element can be used for cooking, grilling, cooking and baking from the first spark to the last embers. In a simple way, great dishes are created, through which you will discover grilling in a completely new way.
"Asado argentino": Argentinean barbecue
With the support of a team of professionals, you grill a complete Argentinean menu over an open fire. In addition to beef ribs and other meats, you will learn how to prepare vegetables, the traditional bread "Tortilla de rescoldo" as well as the dessert "Dulce de leche" with barberry compote and much more in the style of the "Gauchos" (South Americans of Spanish origin).
If you wish, you and your team can enjoy blowpipe shooting or archery (with archery guides) before or after dinner. Let us advise you.
