Rapid descent on two runners
Your adventure begins in Interlaken, where you will be picked up at your hotel on request. Now it's off to the top. Accompanied by your certified guide (for larger groups there are several guides) you will drive to a snowy mountain village in the Jungfrau region. The sleigh ride begins with a spectacular view of the Swiss Alps. It leads through snowy forests and past a frozen waterfall down to the valley. The sledge run is nine kilometres long, so you will be on the run for about an hour. To ensure that no participant is lost, the ride is interrupted briefly at every turn.
Under the starry sky or during the day
The sledding fun usually takes place in the evening. However, if you don't want to sledge under the stars, you can enjoy the descent during the day and go up and down several times. You can also choose whether you want to sit together with your team before or after the tobogganing and enjoy a cheese fondue.
The traditional cheese fondue
Sledging and fondue eating traditionally belong together like winter and snow. You have the choice of eating the fondue at the beginning or at the end of the event. If you want to enjoy it before the sleigh ride, you are not allowed to drink alcohol for safety reasons. If you would like to enjoy a glass of wine with the fondue, it is best to go sledging first and then end the evening in the valley.
