Taming the fire
Fire has fascinated and enriched mankind since time immemorial. From slash-and-burn farming to the art of cooking and the forging of tools, it has been instrumental in the development of our culture. But because of its devastating potential, it also inspires respect. In this workshop you will discover the art of fire-breathing and learn from a professional artist how to tame fire. You will learn exactly how fire breathing works and what to watch out for.
Natural materials and safety
Only natural, non-toxic materials are used in the workshop. Safety in handling the fire and flammable materials has top priority. There is no danger for you and the other participants. However, please remember not to wear clothes made of synthetic materials and to tie up long hair.
Expert management
The instructor has been juggling poi (fire chains), longstaff, levistick and other pyrotechnic paraphernalia for many years. His special skills include fire breathing, fire swallowing and fire stunts. Learn the secrets of fire breathing from a professional and let the flames dance too!
