Visit a brewery, take a look behind the scenes of beer production and taste various fine beers.

Welcome to the modern brewery

In St. Gallen, you can visit a brewery that has been passionately pursuing its path as an independent family business for 240 years. After receiving your team, you will watch a short film on the history of beer production to get you in the mood. You will then be guided through the modern production area and experience first-hand how hops, malt, water, yeast and around 220 employees help to produce delicious beers in the brewery. After the tour, you can of course taste the various beers under expert guidance.

Beer tasting and exchange

Supervised by beer connoisseurs, you can now taste lager, dark beer and various specialty beers. Have you ever had a ginger beer, for example? We all know that tastes differ! There is also non-alcoholic beer in the range. The tasting gives your group enough time to discuss the nuances of the beers and personal preferences.
