An intensive experience

Firewalking is an impressive experience, for each individual and for the team as a whole. In this workshop you walk over glowing coals - but this is only the hot final. Before the time comes, you will be gently introduced to the impressive moment. You will experience how mental training has a positive effect on your thinking and acting, gain confidence in your powers and finally dare to accept the challenge with relish.

The Active Seminar

During the preparation for the firewalk, the chosen main topics are not only addressed but also implemented in various practical process exercises. Theory is followed by practice and practice by experience - with a lot of fun, impressive and lasting benefits. At the final firewalking event, you and your team will experience that what you learned in the active seminar actually works.

The objectives
