Without electricity, but with embers, flames and firepot, we pass on our professional fire cooking knowledge as part of your company event or group excursion. You can grill, smoke and saute an extraordinary menu over the fire as a team using selected products and delicacies from the farmer next door. Instead of working with flavour enhancers and convenience products, you will learn how to use spices and fresh herbs.
