The SUP taster event
After the welcome you will receive a short introduction to Stand Up Paddling on land. Then you will make your first attempts at paddling in the sheltered bay. Thanks to the tips and tricks of the guide you will soon be standing safely on the board and enjoying the view over Lake Biel and the beautiful old town of Erlach. The SUP taster event ends with a short tour. An unforgettable team experience!
The SUP sunrise tour
The guided SUP sunrise tour starts at dawn. About half an hour before sunrise you will paddle off with your guide. You cross the harbour of Erlach to reach the other side of St. Peter's Island. From here you can see the sun rising over Biel like a big red ball and glide over the sunbeams dancing on the water. On the way back, the sun warms your back. In the Camping-Bistro you can round off the start of the day with coffee and croissants.
The SUP evening tour
The day cannot end better than with the guided SUP after-work tour. When the sun's rays slowly subside, you can paddle off comfortably, equipped with a navigation light (360-degree illumination). Jump into the lake on the way or let the guide show you a few turns. When the sun disappears behind the Jura, switch on the navigation light and paddle back to Erlach on the quiet lake. Let the evening come to an enjoyable end in the Camping-Bistro.
The SUP taster yoga
Let us introduce you to Stand Up Paddling and enjoy a first Yoga lesson. Paddle with your team and the guide on the lake and dock at the nearby yoga island. The introductory yoga session starts with a short meditation. On the gently rocking SUP board, body and mind find balance and peace. After the relaxation phase Shavasana you paddle back ashore at your own pace.
The water fun on Lake Biel
Set sail with SUP boards, kayaks, canoes and pedalos. While you and your team let off steam on the water as you please or go on leisurely tours, the supervisors on land are there for you with helpful tips. Finally, take a few laps on Lake Biel on the BIG board in groups of six.
