Encounter with the husky world
Your adventure begins with a welcome drink at the Husky Lodge. Afterwards you will be prepared for your trekking with your four-legged friend by the tour guide. You will visit the beautifully constructed sled dog facility, home of the 30 Siberian Huskies, and learn the most important things about how to handle the sled dogs. You will get to know the huskies and help with the tour preparations.
Snowshoe hike with Huskies
Equipped with snowshoes and poles you can start. Accompanied by the Siberian Huskies you will hike through the enchanting winter landscape high above the Muotathal. The silence is only broken by the quiet panting of the dogs and the crunch of the snow under your snowshoes. Enjoy the peace and power of this unique mountain world! Forget everyday life and let nature take its toll on you.
Cosy variation: Finish off in the Husky Lodge
Back at the Husky Lodge you will be served a fine Muotathal "Mostfondue" prepared according to a local recipe in the cosy restaurant. End the day with a glass of wine.
